1️⃣ Short introduction about yourself?
I am Gua, the Business Development Lead for Syncswap. I used to work in the tradfi
I've been working in the crypto and blockchain industry for two years now, and it's my passion to help innovative projects thrive in this space.
Syncswap is a decentralized exchange built on the zkSync Layer-2 network.
Our mission is to accelerate mass adoption of blockchain technologies by providing a fast, secure, and user-friendly trading platform.
We aim to address the common challenges of high gas fees and scalability issues in the DeFi space, ultimately creating an optimal trading experience for our users.
2️⃣ Can you share the story of how the team was founded?
We're a mix of people from different backgrounds, like tech, business, and marketing, but we all share an interest in blockchain
While exploring the world of DeFi, we all ran into the same problems: high transaction costs and hard-to-use interfaces.
We met at a blockchain conference, we realized we were all excited about zkSync, a technology that could fix these problems and make DeFi easier to use.
This shared excitement led us to decide to work together and create Syncswap.
Starting as just an idea, Syncswap has grown into a real platform that's making a difference.
And it all started with a chance meeting at a conference. It's been a great journey so far, and we're excited about what's ahead.
3️⃣ What was the key of success that made ur team stand out from all other dexs?
I believe there are several factors that contributed
First, we prioritize user experience
we've made it our mission to deliver a platform that is not only secure and efficient but also easy to use
Second, we leverage zkSync's Layer-2 solution to offer low-cost, high-speed transactions.
This gives us a significant advantage over many other DEXs that still operate on congested and expensive networks.
Lastly, we have an incredibly dedicated team and a supportive community.
Their constant feedback and encouragement have been invaluable in shaping Syncswap and driving its growth.
4️⃣ What are your thoughts on the impact of multiple rug projects on zkSync towards user or a dapp on zkSync?
It's unfortunate that such incidents occur, and they certainly pose a challenge to the trust users place in projects on any blockchain, including zkSync.
At Syncswap, we focus on establishing trust with our users by maintaining transparency and prioritizing security.
We believe that, over time, through education and implementing best practices, the community can become more adept at identifying and avoiding such projects.
5️⃣ What are the challenges to overcome or catalysts you see that can boost Syncswap's growth?
There are always challenges in the rapidly evolving crypto space.
One challenge we constantly tackle is keeping up with technological advancements and integrating them into our platform to continue delivering the best experience for our users.
However, there are also numerous opportunities that can catalyze our growth. The increasing interest in DeFi and the continued development of Layer-2 solutions like zkSync are potential growth drivers.
Furthermore, by focusing on product enhancements, community involvement, and strategic partnerships, we can boost Syncswap's growth significantly.
6️⃣ Can you share what are the next steps or future roadmap for Syncswap?
In the coming months, we're planning to roll out exciting new features like vortex tokenomics and concentrated liquidity pools, which will provide more opportunities for our users.
We're also looking to support more tokens and markets, extending our reach within the crypto ecosystem.
Beyond that, our roadmap includes continuous user interface improvements, increased community engagement initiatives, and potential collaborations with other projects.
Our aim is to build a versatile platform that addresses the evolving needs of our users while propelling the broader adoption of Layer-2 solutions.

8️⃣ Lastly what do you think is required to make it in crypto?
Success in the crypto space requires a combination of factors: a deep understanding of the technology, a clear vision of what you want to achieve, and the ability to adapt quickly to a rapidly evolving landscape.
However, I believe that the most important factor is the value your project provides to its users.
Whether it's through a unique solution to a pressing problem, or simply by offering a better user experience, providing real value is the key to gaining trust and adoption.
Also, patience, perseverance, and a strong commitment to learning and improvement are critical.
