❓Can you do a short introduction about yourself?

Prior to dwelling in the crypto space, I was just a random NPC. I used to work as a waiter 12 hours a day for 6 days a week. I started trading stocks and options in 2007, then proceed to take a huge loss due to the 2008 market crash leaving me with merely $1000 to my name. After that, I worked my ass off doing everything I can from working in a warehouse, doing packaging, et cetera until I can get my hands on some money. One day, I needed to wire transfer some money from the bank which requires me to fill out all sorts of paperwork and get questioned on what’s the transfer for. That was the beginning of my dislike towards banks and the start of my search for alternative ways to transfer money. That’s when I found out about Bitcoin which immediately made me fall in love with blockchain technology and the ability to transfer money without the involvement of a third party.
❓How did you fall into the crypto rabbit hole & being Mr 1st in Degen score and 2nd in Debank?

In 2015, I started mining Bitcoin. I bought an Antminer S7 machine from China. At first, I struggled to set it up, but eventually get used to it and mined Bitcoin for 6 months. It takes a lot of time to mine Bitcoin and the rewards just felt not worth it for all the hassle, so I decided to stop and just bought a decent amount of Bitcoin on a local exchange. After the era of Bitcoin, Ethereum emerged. I don’t even know what a smart contract is back in 2015, I just bought a lot by following the hype. After that, not much I can do in crypto except trade and invest in a lot of scammy-hyped projects ICO. In early 2020, I started looking around for ways for me to still hodl my bags while still earning yields like how the bank works, that’s when I discovered Curve Finance. I remember Curve would give me 6-8% APY before they launched their token. After that, Yearn Finance was born, my first farming in crypto. I farmed a lot of $YFI and sold them for $30 before the price skyrocketed to an all-time high of $66k. That’s the start of fork season, mushroom farming animal, plants, etc. After fork season, it’s algorithmic stablecoin ponzi like DSD, et cetera. After that, I’m just being a degen aping into various DeFi protocols, like money markets, algostable, ICO. I think that’s how I can climb to the top of DegenScore and DeBank leaderboard.
❓Please share some of ur favourite trades stories?

My favorite trade story is non-other that that one time I’m trading $XVG. I bought a lot when its price was only 10 satoshi on Bittrex. That was before it was listed on Poloniex, which eventually got listed on Binance.

The most magical crypto experience is aping into meme coins. They don’t offer any utility, but they can pump to the moon only with the power of their community.

My most rekt is obviously from FTX. Got a decent amount that’s stuck there.
❓What is your main goal/focus this year?

My main goal for the year is to learn on becoming a better leverage trader, leverage farming, and overall a better investor.

My advice would be to focus on one niche. Let’s say you’re into NFTs, then stick to it. Have conviction.

I’ll keep an eye on DEX, decentralized betting platform, and any project related to ZK-rollup. DEXes like GMX has a lot of room for growth, especially with their upcoming synthetic product. I also eyeing on Chinese blockchain coin.
Breaking news: Hong Kong is planning to legalize crypto trading, letting retail trade larger crypto tokens. 1 word: Bullish.
